Do not other medicines for at least 2 hours after taking Simcon Tablet 15's, as Simcon Tablet 15's may stop other medicines from getting into the body. Inform your doctor before taking Simcon Tablet 15's about your past and present medical history. Do not take Simcon Tablet 15's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Simcon Tablet 15's should not be given to children as safety has not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Simcon Tablet 15's. If you experience prolonged diarrhea while taking Simcon Tablet 15's, contact your doctor. Simcon Tablet 15's can make your feces black.

Simcon Tablet 15's is a combination of two drugs: Simethicone/activated charcoal (anti-flatulent). Simethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract. Activated Charcoal helps to reduce the volume of intestinal gas and can also adsorb harmful/unwanted substances present in the gastrointestinal tract.
