Do not other medicines for at least 2 hours after taking Simcolex Tablet 10's, as Simcolex Tablet 10's may stop other medicines from getting into the body. Inform your doctor before taking Simcolex Tablet 10's about your past and present medical history. Do not take Simcolex Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Simcolex Tablet 10's should not be given to children as safety has not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Simcolex Tablet 10's. If you experience prolonged diarrhea while taking Simcolex Tablet 10's, contact your doctor. Simcolex Tablet 10's can make your feces black.

Simcolex Tablet 10's belongs to a group of medicines called antiflatulents, used to treat intestinal gas. Simcolex Tablet 10's is a combination of two drugs: Simethicone/activated charcoal (anti-flatulent). Simethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract. Activated Charcoal helps to reduce the volume of intestinal gas and can also adsorb harmful/unwanted substances present in the gastrointestinal tract.

However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
