Pregnant women are advised to consult their doctor before taking Ultrafolin Tablet 10's. Folic acid is excreted into breast milk; hence, breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctor before starting Ultrafolin Tablet 10's. It is not recommended to consume alcohol while being treated with Ultrafolin Tablet 10's since excessive alcohol consumption reduces the absorption and increases the elimination of folic acid.

Ultrafolin Tablet 10's is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It contains Folic acid, Vitamin B12, and Nicotinamide. Folic acid is the synthetic form of folate. Folate is a water-soluble Vitamin B naturally found in food sources. It helps in the formation of red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. Vitamin B12 regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. It is used in alcoholic neuropathy, pernicious anaemia, diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to high blood sugar levels), and multiple sclerosis (immune system disease affecting the brain). Nicotinamide (also known as Niacinamide) is a form of vitamin B3 (niacin). It helps in replenishing the energy in the body cells and provides essential nutrients.
