Co-administration of Paricalcitol and Supracal ISO Tablet are forms of vitamin D, and taking too much vitamin D may lead to toxic effects related to excessive calcium levels in the blood and urine.

Concomitant use of Paricalcitol with Supracal ISO Tablet can lead to an interaction, it can be taken if advised by a doctor. Consult the prescriber if you experience symptoms of vitamin D intoxication such as weakness, fatigue, headache, vertigo, drowsiness, ringing in the ears, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, constipation, dry mouth, metallic taste, muscle pain, bone pain, muscle incoordination, and low muscle tone. About Supracal ISO Tablet

Supracal ISO Tablet belongs to the class of medicines called dietary supplements. It is used to treat and prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. It may also be used to relieve other menopausal symptoms. Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a medical condition that causes thinning and weakening of the bones during/after a menopausal period.

Supracal ISO Tablet consists of Calcitriol (vitamin D3), Calcium citrate (mineral), and Soy isoflavones. Calcitriol is a man-made form of Vitamin D3 and treats calcium deficiency. It raises Vitamin D levels and thereby increases calcium levels in the blood. This helps in improving the absorption rate of calcium from the stomach. Calcium citrate is a mineral used to prevent or treat a calcium deficiency. It provides essential nutrients to maintain bone formation. Soy isoflavones prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis and improve bone strength.

Take Supracal ISO Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Supracal ISO Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition.
