Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Softeron-Z Capsule 15's. Drinking alcohol can affect iron absorption; therefore, avoiding alcohol intake while using Softeron-Z Capsule 15's is advised. Softeron-Z Capsule 15's should be used in children only when advised by the doctor.

Softeron-Z Capsule 15's contains Folic acid, Copper, Docusate Sodium, Iron, and Dried yeast. Folic acid is the synthetic form of folate, a water-soluble Vitamin B that helps in forming red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. Iron is an essential body mineral. By combining with a protein in the blood called haemoglobin, iron helps carry adequate oxygen to various body parts. Docusate Sodium is a stool softener that prevents constipation, a common side effect of iron supplements. Copper supports the immune system and helps in the production of RBC. Together, Softeron-Z Capsule 15's helps treat iron deficiency anaemia.

Softeron-Z Capsule 15's belongs to a class of 'nutritional supplements,' primarily used to treat iron deficiency anaemia. Iron deficiency occurs mainly due to poor diet, poor absorption of food or increased folate use in the body (during pregnancy). Anaemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough red blood cells to carry the adequate oxygen required to various body tissues.
