• L-methyl folate helps to prevent blood folate deficiencies and also helps prevent some types of birth defects.
• Methylcobalamin is required for the proper functioning of nerves and the brain, DNA synthesis and red blood cell production.
• Pyridoxal-5-phosphate helps to provide relief from nausea. It is essential for a baby’s developing brain and nervous system.
• DHA is significant for fetal development of the brain and retina.
• Choline is necessary for brain development, neural tube formation and overall health of expecting mothers.
