Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass of water, preferably with meals or as directed by the physician. Do not try to break/crush/chew it.

• L-Carnitine or Levo-carnitine helps the body produce energy from fat and treats carnitine deficiency.
• Methylcobalamin treats hyperhomocysteinemia (high levels of homocysteine in the blood) and regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis.
• Pyridoxine is involved in the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. It also helps in cognitive development through the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters and maintains normal homocysteine levels.
• The grape seed extract is an antioxidant and prevents cell damage from free radicals.
• Vitamin D3 aids calcium absorption enabling bone growth and repair. It further prevents cartilage degeneration.
• Folic acid helps in repairing nerve injury and also improves neuropathy symptoms. It is also useful in treating anaemia by boosting red blood cells production.
