• Folic acid plays a vital role in red blood cell production, DNA synthesis, foetal growth and development.
• Methylcobalamin aids the formation of red blood cells and promotes nerve health. It may also prevent pre-eclampsia, miscarriage, and intrauterine growth.
• Vitamin B6 supports normal brain function and immune health. It also helps prevent nausea during pregnancy.
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is required for the growing foetus's brain and nervous system development.
