Efem Capsule is used to treat premenstrual syndrome (PMS), mastalgia (breast discomfort), and muscle cramps. Efem Capsule contains evening primrose oil and tocotrienols (Vitamin E). Evening Primerose oil is rich in Omega-6 essential fatty acids, linoleic acid, and gamma-linolenic acid, which can help with PMS and menopausal symptoms. Tocotrienols (Vitamin E) aid in the maintenance of healthy skin and eyes, as well as the immune system (the body's natural defences against illness and infection).
