Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution 30 ml is a combination medicine used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, strain, sprain, arthritis, and low back pain. Musculoskeletal pain could occur due to arthritis, osteoporosis, fractures, dislocations, problems with the bone structure, or injury to the bones, joints, tendons, muscles, and ligaments. Osteoarthritis is a joint disease in which the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage.
 
Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution 30 ml is a combination of four drugs: Diclofenac Sodium, Menthol, Methyl salicylate, and Alcohol. Diclofenac sodium and Methyl salicylate work by blocking the effect of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make another chemical prostaglandin (PG). By blocking the effect of COX enzymes, lesser PGs are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site. Menthol and Alcohol provide a cooling sensation by dilating the blood vessels, followed by an analgesic effect. It also enhances the penetration of drugs. Together, Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution 30 ml helps in providing relief from pain.
 
Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution 30 ml is for external use only. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as application site reactions like itching, irritation, redness, and burning sensation. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
 
Consult a doctor before using Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution 30 ml if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid or limit exposure to natural or artificial sunlight as Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution 30 ml may cause ultraviolet light-induced skin tumours. Do not take any other NSAIDs for pain relief along with Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution 30 ml unless advised.
