Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets contains Caffeine, Diphenhydramine, Paracetamol and Phenylephrine. Caffeine is a stimulant that increases the effect of paracetamol and decreases drowsiness caused by Diphenhydramine. Paracetamol is an analgesic (relieves pain) and antipyretic (reduces fever) that works by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the brain known as prostaglandins that are responsible for pain and fever. Diphenhydramine is an anti-allergic drug that blocks the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions.  Phenylephrine is a decongestant that works by contracting and narrowing the blood vessels. Thereby, provides relief from congestion and decreasing mucus production. Together, Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets helps to provide relief from symptoms such as sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, and congestion or stiffness.

Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets belongs to the class of cough and cold medications primarily used to treat symptoms of the common cold such as sneezing, runny nose, fever, headache, body pains, congestion, stuffy nose, or watery eyes. The common cold is a respiratory illness affecting the nose and throat. It is mostly caused by viruses known as “rhinoviruses”. The virus enters the body through the nose, mouth, or eyes and spreads easily through droplets in the air when the person who is sick sneezes, coughs, or talks.

Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets is a combination of four drugs, namely: Caffeine, Diphenhydramine, Paracetamol and Phenylephrine. Caffeine is a stimulant that increases the effect of paracetamol. Take Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. Some people may experience drowsiness, headache, dizziness, tiredness, disturbance in attention, and dry mouth. Most of these side effects of Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
