Candid-V1 Tablet

Do not use Candid-V1 Tablet if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of its components. Candid-V1 Tablet is for vaginal use only. Do not swallow. If you are pregnant, planning to have a baby, or are a nursing mother, you should not use Candid-V1 Tablet without a doctor's advice. You should not use tampons and other vaginal products while using Candid-V1 Tablet. It is also not recommended to use Candid-V1 Tablet during your menstrual period (menses); wait until your period is over. During treatment, vaginal medications frequently leak out of the vagina. You may wear a mini-pad or sanitary napkin to prevent the medicine from staining your clothes.

Candid-V1 Tablet comprises clotrimazole, an antifungal agent that is used to treat vaginal fungal infections such as vaginal thrush. Candid-V1 Tablet works by destroying the fungus that causes the infection. Candid-V1 Tablet eliminates the infection by causing holes in the fungal cell membrane and allows the components to leak out, thus killing the fungus.

Candid-V1 Tablet belongs to the class of medications known as antifungals, primarily used to treat vaginal thrush (candidiasis). Vaginal thrush (candidiasis) is an infection of the vagina and/or vulva caused by candida.

Use Candid-V1 Tablet as recommended by the physician. In some cases, Candid-V1 Tablet may cause abdominal pain, vulvovaginal pain, nausea, and application site reactions including itching, burning sensation, and irritation. These side effects of Candid-V1 Tablet eventually subside without medical intervention. Consult your doctor immediately if any side effects worsen or persist.
