Calotate-Total Tablet is generally safe and does not cause any side effects if used as advised. However, if you notice any side effects, consult your doctor.

• Calcium aspartate and calcium orotate help develop stronger teeth and bones.
• Calcitriol enhances the absorption of calcium.
• Zinc sulphate monohydrate strengthens immunity and reduces oxidative stress.
• Magnesium hydroxide maintains joint and bone health. It also increases bone mineral density.
• Hydroxocobalamin is a highly bioavailable form of vitamin B12. It helps maintain bone mineral density.
• Folic acid may help prevent osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones).
