Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's belongs to the class of medicines called 'antifungal' used to treat a broad range of infections caused due to fungi and yeast. It is used to treat various fungal or yeast infections, such as vulvovaginal candidiasis. Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a fungal infection of the vagina and tissues at the opening of the vagina vulva. Symptoms may include irritation, discharge and intense itchiness of the vagina and the vulva tissues at the vaginal opening.

Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's contains Fenticonazole is an antifungal that works by causing holes in the fungal cell membranes, thereby killing the fungi. Thus, Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's can inhibit fungal growth and reduce infection. It is active against a range of organisms, including dermatophyte pathogens, Malassezia furfur and Candida albicans.

Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's should be used as advised by your doctor. It should be taken at the dose recommended by your doctor. Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's may cause common side effects like application site reactions such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness. The side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, if these side effects persist, please consult your doctor immediately.

Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's should be avoided, and inform your doctor if you are allergic to it. Tell your doctor if you are using medicines other than the Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's. Before using Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's inform your doctor if you are pregnant/planning to get pregnant/breastfeeding mother. Do not use Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's in more than prescribed doses or for prolonged periods as it may cause adverse effects. Do not start treatment with Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's during menstruation, as the medicine will be washed off with blood flow.

Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's contains Fenticonazole that works by killing the fungus/yeast and preventing its growth by inhibiting the fungal cell membrane formation. It is used to treat various fungal or yeast infections, such as vulvovaginal candidiasis (a yeast infection of the vagina and tissues at the opening of the vagina (vulva)). Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's exhibit broad-spectrum antibacterial action that includes bacteria commonly associated with superinfected fungal skin and vaginal infections and antiparasitic action against the protozoan Trichomonas vaginalis. Therefore, Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's may be an ideal first-line monotherapy for vulvovaginal infection.

If you are known to be allergic to Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's or any other medicines, please tell your doctor.  Do not stop the use of this medicine without consulting your doctor. If you are pregnant or a nursing mother, it is advised to consult a doctor before using Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's. Do not start treatment with Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's during menstruation as the Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's will be washed off with blood flow. The treatment should be finished before the onset of menstruation. Do not use tampons, vaginal douches, spermicide or other vaginal products while using Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's. This medicine may damage the latex of condoms and diaphragms; hence these types of contraception are also not effective during treatment with Vulvery Vaginal Softgel Capsule 1's. Hence, alternative methods of contraception or abstinence from sexual intercourse are recommended.

• It can damage contraceptive methods like condoms and diaphragms and make them ineffective at preventing pregnancy. Consult your doctor about other suitable methods of preventing pregnancy.
• Fenticonazole (capsules) inserted into the vagina only using an applicator; do not swallow it.
