Do not use Valbet Skin Cream 20gm if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform your doctor if you have/had acne, rosacea (small, red, pus-filled bumps on the face), perioral dermatitis (inflammation of the skin around the mouth), genital or perianal pruritus, herpes simplex, vaccinia, varicella, kidney or liver disease. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid wrapping or covering the treated area with a bandage unless advised by your doctor.

• Clean and dry the affected area before using Valbet Skin Cream 20gm.
• Do not use Valbet Skin Cream 20gm on dressing, band-aids and make-up unless told by the doctor.
• If Valbet Skin Cream 20gm comes in contact with eyes, nose or mouth, rinse with water immediately.
• Wash your hands before and after using Valbet Skin Cream 20gm; however, do not wash your hands if you are applying Valbet Skin Cream 20gm on your hands.

•  Do not scratch the affected area of the skin, as it can spread the infection to other body parts.
•  Avoid sharing towels, combs, bedsheets, shoes or socks with others.
•  Wash your bed sheets and towels regularly.
•  Avoiding getting in contact with harsh soaps, detergents and rough fabrics.
•  Avoid the consumption of foods with excess sugar, as it may flare up inflammation.
•  Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and fish in your diet.
•  Reducing stress and maintaining a good sleep cycle would be helpful.
