Before taking Toneup Capsule 10's, inform your doctor if you are undergoing hemodialysis due to kidney problems and have a stent in the heart. Toneup Capsule 10's may alter calcium levels, so, it is recommended to monitor calcium levels regularly in the blood and urine. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice fever, increase in thirst and urination, dehydration, bedwetting, constipation, and stomach pain, as they may a sign of very high levels of calcium in your blood.

Toneup Capsule 10's contains Methylcobalamin, Calcitriol, Calcium carbonate, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Boron, Folic acid, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Methylcobalamin, a form of vitamin B12, protects the nerves from damage and also promotes the production of blood cells. Calcitriol, a synthetic vitamin D, helps to promote bone health. Calcium carbonate is a dietary supplement used to treat calcium deficiency. Boron is a mineral that helps in building strong bones and improving learning abilities.  Folic Acid is also known as folate or vitamin B9. It helps in producing blood (hemoglobin) in the body. DHA and EPA are omega-3 fatty acids and reduce cholesterol levels in the body and also promote brain and nerve health. Together, Toneup Capsule 10's can effectively provide nutrition.

It is primarily used to treat, improve, control, and prevent various complications or long term diseases. It is used to treat anaemia, respiratory illnesses, brain, and spinal cord disorders, heart diseases, kidney diseases, skin problems, hormonal disorders, and immune system problems.

You should take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Toneup Capsule 10's may cause side-effects such as nausea (feeling sick), vomiting (being sick), diarrhea, anorexia (loss of appetite), headache, weight loss, fatigue, bloating, and flatulence. These side-effects are usually mild and do not require any medical attention. However, if any of these side-effects persist or get worse, consult a doctor immediately.

Do not take Toneup Capsule 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents. Do not take Toneup Capsule 10's, if you have hypercalcemia (high levels of calcium in the blood), osteoporosis (thin and brittle bones), metastatic calcification (extra deposits of calcium in the body), kidney problems, cancer, undergone surgery, optic nerve damage, and you are not well due to high levels of vitamin D. Also, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
