Drug-Food Interaction: Thyronorm 75 mcg Tablet 120's may interact with certain foods like soybean flour, cottonseed meal, walnuts, dietary fibre, calcium, and calcium-fortified juices. 

Drug-Disease Interaction: Thyronorm 75 mcg Tablet 120's should not be used in conditions that include untreated or uncontrolled adrenal gland disorder, a thyroid disorder called thyrotoxicosis, or any recent or current symptoms of a heart attack.
