Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's

Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's is a combination drug containing 'impotent agents', primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and premature ejaculation in men. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Premature ejaculation is a very common sexual complaint. It is a problem in which a man ejaculates sooner than his partner during sexual intercourse.

Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's contains Tadalafil and Dapoxetine used to treat premature ejaculation in men. Tadalafil works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme, which leads to the breakdown of cGMP and causes relaxation of smooth muscles and vasodilation (widening) of blood vessels in the penis. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction and symptoms of an enlarged prostate. Dapoxetine works by increasing the serotonin level in nerves, which improves control over ejaculation and hence increases the time taken to ejaculate.

Take Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience nausea, dizziness, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, indigestion, nosebleeds, headache, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk). Most of these side-effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side-effects persistently.

Do not take Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's if you take nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension), or alpha-blockers, if you have heart problems or stroke, low, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's is not intended for use in women. Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and the medicines you are taking to avoid unpleasant side-effects. Do not take Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's if you have taken MAO inhibitor (a medication for depression) in the last 14 days.

Do not take Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's if you are allergic to any of its contents; if you are taking nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension), or alpha-blockers; if you have heart problems or stroke, low blood pressure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure, if you ever had a loss of vision. Inform your doctor before taking Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's if you have sickle cell anemia (abnormal red blood cells), multiple myeloma (cancer of bone marrow), leukemia (blood cell cancer), deformation in penis, severe kidney or liver problems. Consult your doctor immediately if you experience loss of vision or hearing while taking Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's. Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's is not intended for use in women. Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established.  Do not take Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (anti-depressant medication like Isocarboxazid, Phenelzine, Selegiline, and Tranylcypromine) in the last 14 days.

• Take Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's 30minutes to 4 hours before sexual intercourse. However, it is best to take it an hour before sexual activity.
• Do not take Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's more than once in a day. Take Tadalosky-D Tablet 4's as prescribed by the doctor.
• Talk to your doctor if the erection persists for greater than four hours.
