Avoid sun exposure, use a sunscreen lotion and wear protective clothing while going out in the sun as Supatret 0.04 Aqueous Gel 20 gm may make the skin more sensitive to the sun. Do not apply Supatret 0.04 Aqueous Gel 20 gm in large amounts than prescribed as it does not give quick or better results but causes peeling, marked redness, or skin discomfort. Use Supatret 0.04 Aqueous Gel 20 gm with caution when used together with medicated or abrasive soaps, cleansers, shampoos, astringents, products with high concentrations of alcohol, electrolysis, hair depilatories, or waxes or topical medications as they may increase skin irritation.

Supatret 0.04 Aqueous Gel 20 gm belongs to the class of drugs known as retinoids (synthetic or man-made vitamin A). Supatret 0.04 Aqueous Gel 20 gm is primarily used to treat acne (pimples) and sun-damaged skin. Acne is a skin condition that is common and occurs when hair follicles are blocked with dead skin cells and oil.
