Anal fissure symptoms include sharp pain in the anal region during bowel movements, itching or burning sensation in the anal region, a visible tear in the skin around the anus, streaks of blood on stools, a skin tag or small lumps or skin next to the tear.
Piles: It occurs when anus tissue and vein becomes inflamed and swollen. The size of piles can vary from small to large, either found inside or outside the anus. Piles can occur due to many reasons like chronic constipation, chronic diarrhoea, pregnancy, lifting heavy weights or straining when passing a stool.
