Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's is a combination of blood pressure-lowering medicines primarily used to treat high blood pressure. Hypertension or high blood pressure is a chronic condition in which the force exerted by the blood against the artery wall is high. As a result, it leads to heart diseases, irregular heartbeat, and other complications. Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's lowers the blood pressure and helps in reducing the risk of having a stroke, heart attack, other heart problems, or kidney problems in the future. 

Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's contains Amlodipine and Bisoprolol fumarate. Amlodipine acts by relaxing the blood vessels. This reduces the workload on the heart and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Bisoprolol fumarate helps in relaxing the blood vessels by blocking the action of certain natural substances in the body. Together, Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's helps treat high blood pressure.

You are advised to take Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed, to treat your condition effectively. In some cases, Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's may cause side effects like headache, dizziness, palpitations, abdominal pain, ankle swelling, and oedema. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Avoid taking Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of the components. Consult your doctor before starting Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's is not recommended for children below 18years as the safety and effectiveness have not been established. Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's may cause dizziness, so drive only if you are alert. Avoid alcohol consumption along with Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's as it may potentiate the blood pressure-lowering effect of Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's.

Avoid taking Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of the components. Inform your doctor if you have heart problems, diabetes, Prinzmetal angina, psoriasis, pheochromocytoma, very slow heartbeat, serious heart condition, heart blockage, kidney or liver problems, muscle disorder (myasthenia gravis, rhabdomyolysis), breathing problem (COPD, bronchitis, emphysema), low blood pressure (hypotension), depression, previous heart failure, thyroid hormone disorder, adrenal gland cancer, or problems with circulation (Raynaud’s syndrome). Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Limit intake of sodium chloride (table salt) in your daily diet to 2300 mg per day.
• If you accidentally take an extra dose of Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's, please inform your doctor immediately. Some of the common symptoms of an overdose can be low blood pressure, slow pulse, shortness of breath, low blood sugar, dizziness, feeling sick and blue discolouration of the skin.
•  Do not discontinue taking Stamlo Plus 5 Tablet 10's abruptly or without the advice of the physician.
