SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S

SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S is an 'antispasmodic' (spasm and cramps reliever) agent containing ‘fenoverine’. SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S is primarily used for reducing stomach pain due to spasms, cramps. Abdominal spasms are acute conditions in which the abdominal muscles (abs), intestine and stomach contract severely. Stomach spasms can be caused due to muscle strain, dehydration, stomach gas formation, inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) like Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, gastritis (stomach inflammation), pregnancy, constipation, or other gastrointestinal infection.

SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S contains fenoverine which is antispasmodic. It reduces spasms and pain by relaxing the muscles and blocking certain chemical messengers in the brain, responsible for causing the sensation of pain. Together SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S helps in reducing muscle contractions and pain by acting on the inner lining of the intestine, relieving cramps and spasms.

Take SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical conditions. You may experience slow heart rate, dryness in the mouth, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), dilatation of the pupil, palpitations, arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats), constipation, dry skin, increased heart rate, excessive thirst, difficulty in urination, reduce bronchial secretion, loss of accommodation. Most of these side effects of SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are known to be allergic to SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor before taking SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S. SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S should not be taken in the conditions like kidney, liver and heart disease. You can easily drive or use machinery after taking SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S as it will not make you feel sleepy. Avoid the use of SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S in elderly patients as it may cause an increased risk of side effects. SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S should not be used in children below 18 years of age.

Drug-Drug Interaction: SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S may have interaction with antidepressant medicines (paroxetine, sertraline).

Drug-Food Interaction: No interactions were found due to lack of research.

Drug-Disease Interaction: SPASMOPORIV TABLET 10'S is contraindicated if you have allergy, liver, kidney and hyperthermia (abnormally increased body temperature).
