SEROFER-XT TABLETS 10'S treats nutritional deficiencies and contains Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), Ferrous ascorbate (Iron), and Folic acid. Cholecalciferol helps maintain blood calcium and phosphorus levels and mineralization of bone. It treats and prevents bone disorders, such as rickets and osteomalacia. Cyanocobalamin helps in the proper functioning of the brain and nerves and the production of red blood cells. Ferrous ascorbate restores the iron levels in the body, which further aids in producing red blood cells and transporting oxygen to body tissues. Folic acid helps form red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. It treats folate deficiency and hyperhomocysteinemia (high blood levels of amino acid, homocysteine).
