Safeova Tablet 10's belongs to the group of sex steroid hormones used for treating female infertility. It helps in maintaining the hormonal balance in the body and improving pregnancy rates by its endocrinal stimulation of egg cells. Female infertility is a condition in which a woman is unable to conceive despite frequent unprotected sex for at least a year, due to a lack of natural progesterone. 

Safeova Tablet 10's contains 'Dehydroepiandrosterone, Folic acid and Vitamin D3'. Safeova Tablet 10's treats infertility by enhancing the success rate of pregnancy and conception through mechanisms such as follicle stimulation, promoting healthy egg cell production and eliminating defunct ova. Safeova Tablet 10's also helps in enhancing bone density and health due to its Vitamin D3 content. 

In some cases, Safeova Tablet 10's may cause certain common side effects such as oily skin, mood change and sweating. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist.

It may not be safe to take Safeova Tablet 10's with alcohol, so please consult your doctor before taking alcohol with Safeova Tablet 10's as there may be an interaction.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Safeova Tablet 10's may interact with melatonin hormone, anti-epileptics (phenytoin, phenobarbital, primidone), antidepressants and mood stabilisers (lithium, fluoxetine, sertraline, citalopram, paroxetine), antipsychotics (olanzapine, clozapine, chlorpromazine), hormones (oestrogen, testosterone), anti-diabetic (insulin), antacids (ranitidine, cimetidine), chemotherapy (fluorouracil), anti-IBD drugs (sulfasalazine), anti-TB drugs (isoniazid), antibiotics (trimethoprim, cotrimoxazole) and cholesterol-reducing drugs (cholestyramine).

Drug-Disease Interactions: Safeova Tablet 10's should be used with caution in patients with a known hypersensitivity disorder, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, endometriosis, fibroids, polycystic ovaries, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, established liver disease, kidney disease, tumours, head and neck cancers or pernicious anaemia. Avoid Safeova Tablet 10's if you are undergoing haemodialysis or are receiving a coronary stent.

• Reducing weight and having a healthy BMI is very important to improve fertility.
• Avoid smoking to improve fertility. 
• For better fertility, avoid caffeine and caffeinated drinks.
• Eat foods rich in antioxidants like zinc and folate and cut down on carbs. Increase your fibre intake.
