Regnum-TX Tablet 10's is a combination medication. It is used in the treatment of Melasma. Melasma is a skin condition in which brown and patchy pigmentation appears on the skin.
Regnum-TX Tablet 10's contains Tranexamic Acid and Glutathione. Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic that reduces the production of melanin (a pigment that gives colour to the skin) by altering the activity of some enzymes that aid in melanin synthesis. Glutathione is an antioxidant that protects against cell and tissue damage, lightens skin tone and helps in the detoxification of the skin.
Use Regnum-TX Tablet 10's as advised by the doctor. In some cases, Regnum-TX Tablet 10's may cause common side effects such as nausea, diarrhoea, and stomach issues. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects consistently.
