Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's contains Rupatadine which is an anti-allergic medicine. It works by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger called ‘histamine. This chemical messenger is naturally involved in allergic reactions. Rupatadine helps to relieve discomfort and unpleasant symptoms, like blocked/runny/itchy nose, red/watery eyes, and skin rashes that occur due to allergic conditions.
Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's may cause certain side effects in your child, such as abdominal pain, headache, cold-like nose symptoms (in children), or diarrhoea (in children). These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your paediatrician. Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's should be taken as advised by your doctor. Do not give the child more than the prescribed dose of Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's. Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's can be given with or without food. Your paediatrician will decide the dose of the medicine depending on the type and severity of the infection.
Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's is intended for pediatric use only. Avoid giving Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's to your child if she/he is allergic to antibiotics. Keep your doctor informed about your child’s health condition, medications, and medical history to rule out any side effects/interactions.
