Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml contains Prednisolone acetate and Benzalkonium chloride. Prednisolone acetate is a corticosteroid that works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching and swelling. Thereby, helps in relieving eye pain and swelling. Benzalkonium chloride acts as a preservative.
You are not recommended to wear contact lenses while using Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml as it contains benzalkonium chloride, a preservative that changes the colour of contact lens as it may be absorbed by soft contact lens. Therefore, you are advised to remove contact lenses before using Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml and reinsert after 15 minutes of using Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml. Also, inform your doctor if you experience pain, stinging or abnormal sensation in the eye after using Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml.
Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml may cause temporary blurred vision. Therefore, you are recommended to wait until your vision is clear before driving or operating heavy machinery.
You are not recommended to stop using Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml without consulting your doctor as it may rarely flare-up inflammatory response such as retina swelling. Therefore, use Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it and if you experience any difficulty while taking Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml, please consult your doctor.

About Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml

Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml belongs to the class of medicines called corticosteroids used to reduce eye inflammation caused by certain conditions. It is used to provide relief from eye redness, irritation, burning and swelling caused by heat, radiation, chemicals, allergy or foreign objects in the eye. Eye inflammation is a common condition in which eyes become swollen and red.  

Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml contains Prednisolone acetate (corticosteroid) and Benzalkonium chloride (preservative). Prednisolone acetate belongs to the class of corticosteroids that works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching and swelling. Benzalkonium chloride acts as a preservative. 

Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml is only for ophthalmic use (eyes). You are advised to use Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience mild eye irritation, headache, red eye, blurred vision or a feeling of something in the eye. Directions for Use

Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml is for ophthalmic use only. You are recommended to wash your hands before and after use. Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes. Finally, replace the cap tightly after use. Do not touch the container’s tip to the eye, eyelids or surrounding areas as it may contaminate Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml.
