Inform your doctor before taking Ph4-O Mint Flavour Oral Suspension 200 ml if you have low phosphate levels, high magnesium levels, kidney or liver problems, history of appendicitis, rectal bleeding, a low-phosphate diet or if you are taking antibiotics. Avoid taking foods and drinks containing citrates with Ph4-O Mint Flavour Oral Suspension 200 ml as it might lead to increased serum levels of aluminium which can be harmful. Do not take Ph4-O Mint Flavour Oral Suspension 200 ml if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Ph4-O Mint Flavour Oral Suspension 200 ml should not be given to children as safety have not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Ph4-O Mint Flavour Oral Suspension 200 ml as it could lead to increased acidity. Ph4-O Mint Flavour Oral Suspension 200 ml is a combination of four drugs, namely; Aluminium hydroxide (antacid), Magnesium hydroxide (antacid), Oxetacaine (local anaesthetic) and Simethicone (anti-flatulent). Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide works by neutralising excess stomach acid. Oxetacaine exerts a numbing effect, thereby provides relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach. Simethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitates the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). Together, Ph4-O Mint Flavour Oral Suspension 200 ml used to treat acidity, heartburn, indigestion, gastritis (inflammation of the stomach), and stomach upset.
