Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's

Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's is a combination medicine primarily used to treat female infertility. It also finds use as an antioxidant and helps in promoting overall physical health alongside its main use. Female infertility is a condition in which a female body is unable to conceive despite regular, unprotected sexual intercourse for at least one year. 

Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's contains Dehydroepiandrosterone and Melatonin. Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's helps in the synthesis and maintenance of sex hormones in the body, by acting as a parent molecule to sex hormones. Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's aids the healthy production of egg cells in the female ovary, thereby improving female fertility. Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's also works as an antioxidant, thus protecting body cells from damage by free radicals.

Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's may be taken without food, but it is better to take it at a designated time. Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's should be swallowed whole and not crushed or chewed. In some cases, Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's may cause certain common side effects such as nausea, stomach ache, fatigue, mood swings and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist.

Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's contains Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and Melatonin. It is used primarily to treat female infertility. Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's is a very potent promoter of oestrogen production. Hence, it finds wide use in treating female infertility. DHEA helps in the synthesis and maintenance of sex hormones in the body, by acting as a precursor of sex hormones. Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's should not be used in case of any known allergy to either of the components. Inform your doctor if you have/had cardiovascular health disorders, breast or uterine cancer, endometriosis, fibroids, high cholesterol, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), bleeding disorders, sweating disorders and joint pain. Consult your doctor before using Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep your doctor informed if you are on medication for diabetes, heart disease/stroke, antidepressant, anti-psychotic or anticoagulant therapy.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's may interact with beta-blockers (atenolol), anti-diabetic drug (metformin), blood-thinners (warfarin), antipsychotics (clozapine), anti-seizure drugs (carbamazepine, sodium valproate), sedatives (triazolam).

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid taking Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's with soybeans, liquor, candy sweets and grapefruit juice. Avoid intake of Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's with any herb that can affect heart rhythm. 

Drug-Disease Interactions: Ovanac-DSR Tablet 10's should be used with caution in patients with a known hypersensitivity disorder, mental health disorder, thromboembolic disorder, cardiovascular disorder, bleeding or clotting disorder, diabetes, joint pain, hypothyroidism and liver disease.

• Load up on meats, fatty fish, oranges and strawberries, sesame seeds, soybean, canola oil and pistachios to enhance anti-oxidation and improve fertility.
• Avoid foods containing soy, liquorice (candy), chromium (grape juice) and alcohol as there may be an interaction. 
• Do regular exercise and physical activity.
• Aerobics, yoga and meditation may help in relaxing the body and mind.
• Consume a healthy diet, including food rich in antioxidants, fibre-rich foods, and high-fat dairy. Cut down carbs or limit refined carbs.
• Try to be stress-free to improve your mood swings due to hormonal fluctuations.

Female infertility: Female infertility is an inability of the female body to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy. It is defined as the inability to conceive despite regular or frequent unprotected sexual intercourse for at least one year or six months in the case of women who are 35+.
