Oosure M Tablet 10's is a combination medicine indicated for the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It also helps correct the hormonal imbalance and menstrual cycle to achieve ovulation. Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a hormonal disorder common in women of reproductive age.

Oosure M Tablet 10's is a combination of five drugs, namely: D-chiro-inositol, Myo-inositol, Metformin hydrochloride, L-methylfolate calcium, and Mecobalamin. Oosure M Tablet 10's enhances the body’s response to insulin and lowers high levels of homocysteine. It also helps in improving hormonal balance, follicular development, improves egg quality, regulates menstruation, and restores ovulation in women. Thereby, Oosure M Tablet 10's helps in treating PCOS.
 
Take Oosure M Tablet 10's as prescribed. You are advised to take Oosure M Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
 
Let your doctor know if you are taking prescription/non-prescription drugs or herbal products before starting Oosure M Tablet 10's. If you are known to be allergic to Oosure M Tablet 10's or its inactive components, please inform your doctor. Consult your doctor before taking Oosure M Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take Oosure M Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents. Drug-Drug Interactions: Oosure M Tablet 10's may have interactions with anti-diabetic (insulin glargine), diuretic (furosemide), hormone (levothyroxine), antibiotic (chloramphenicol), inorganic compound (arsenic trioxide).

Drug-Food Interactions: No interactions found/established.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Oosure M Tablet 10's may have interactions with disease conditions such as lactic acidosis, hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar levels), heart problems, and bipolar disorder.
