Nurocure FP Tablet

Nurocure FP Tablet belongs to the class of 'Vitamins', primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It is used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies such as vitamin B6 deficiency, folate deficiency and vitamin B12 deficiency. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Nurocure FP Tablet helps in the growth and development of cells, boosts the immune system, balances vitamin content, metabolism of minerals, and helps maintain a healthy central nervous system.

Nurocure FP Tablet contains Folic acid, Pyridoxine, and Methylcobalamin. Folic acid is the synthetic form of folate. It helps in the formation of red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. It prevents and treats low blood levels of folate (folate deficiency), and high blood levels of an amino acid, homocysteine (hyperhomocysteinemia). Pyridoxine is also known as vitamin B6. It is a water-soluble vitamin involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Methylcobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis.

Take Nurocure FP Tablet as advised by the doctor. Sometimes, Nurocure FP Tablet may have common side effects like nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, drowsiness, flushing, and numbness/tingling. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time.  However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects gradually.

Let your doctor know if you are using any other medicines or herbal products before starting Nurocure FP Tablet . If you are known to be allergic to Nurocure FP Tablet or its inactive components, please inform your doctor. Please tell your doctor if you have malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food). In such a case, the dosage form may be changed to intravenous administration of individual vitamins for better absorption. If you are a pregnant or breastfeeding mother, please consult your doctor before taking Nurocure FP Tablet .

Inform your doctor if you have malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food). This disease may make it hard to absorb B complex vitamins when given orally. Your doctor may advise other dosage forms in such cases. Let your doctor know if you have any blood disorders like pernicious anaemia before starting Nurocure FP Tablet . Pyridoxine and folic acid in Nurocure FP Tablet are excreted into the breast milk. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Nurocure FP Tablet . Excessive alcohol consumption reduces absorption and increases the elimination of folic acid. Alcohol can also worsen the side effects like drowsiness and stomach upset. Hence, please avoid alcohol while using Nurocure FP Tablet .

• Clinical monitoring of folic acid, vitamins B12 and B6 levels through blood examinations is recommended.
• Let your doctor and the laboratory staff know if you are using Nurocure FP Tablet since Pyridoxine may interfere with laboratory tests like urine test for urobilinogen.
