New Dolo-Cold Tablet 10's is primarily used to treat the common cold and allergy symptoms like sneezing, watery eyes or itchy/watery nose and throat. New Dolo-Cold Tablet 10's contains Paracetamol, Phenylephrine hydrochloride, Chlorpheniramine maleate, and Caffeine. Paracetamol inhibits the production of certain chemical messengers in the brain known as 'prostaglandins' responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine hydrochloride helps shrink the blood vessels in the nasal passage, thereby reducing the stuffy nose. Chlorpheniramine maleate blocks the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions. Caffeine acts as a stimulant and increases alertness.
New Dolo-Cold Tablet 10's can be taken with or without food or as directed by the physician. Your doctor will recommend how often you need to take New Dolo-Cold Tablet 10's based on your medical condition.
