Drug-Drug Interactions: Nazeflo-FA Nasal Spray 70 MDI may interact with antidepressants (duloxetine, escitalopram), anticonvulsants (pregabalin), HIV/AIDS drug (ritonavir), antifungals (ketoconazole, fluconazole, itraconazole) and anti-allergy drugs (cetirizine).
Drug-Food Interactions: Nazeflo-FA Nasal Spray 70 MDI may interact with grapefruit juice. Therefore, avoid grapefruit juice intake with Nazeflo-FA Nasal Spray 70 MDI as it may lead to adrenal insufficiency and Cushing’s syndrome. Also, avoid alcohol consumption with Nazeflo-FA Nasal Spray 70 MDI as it may cause increased drowsiness, dizziness, impaired judgment, and thinking.
