Nam Cold Tablet 10's is a combination of respiratory medication used to treat common cold symptoms, such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal and sinus congestion, stuffy nose, or watery eyes. The common cold is a respiratory illness that affects the nose and throat and is caused by viruses known as 'rhinoviruses'. Drug-Food Interactions: Limit alcohol intake since it may worsen the side effects like dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Nam Cold Tablet 10's contains nimesulide, therefore, do not take it with dairy products like milk, yogurt, or calcium-fortified juices.

• Avoid alcohol consumption with Nam Cold Tablet 10's as it may cause tiredness, drowsiness, or lack of concentration.

• Regularly monitor your blood sugar levels while using Nam Cold Tablet 10's since decongestants like Pseudoephedrine can increase blood glucose levels.
• Consult your diabetologist if you have diabetes before using Nam Cold Tablet 10's so that your insulin or other diabetic medication can be adjusted accordingly to maintain your blood sugar levels.
