Mosidod 15mg Tablet contains a class of medicines known as 'gastrointestinal agents,' primarily used to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (reflux of gastric contents into the oesophagus). Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a condition that occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the food pipe (oesophagus). This backflow (acid reflux) irritates the food pipe and causes heartburn.
Mosidod 15mg Tablet contains Mosapride, primarily used to treat GERD (gastro-oesophageal reflux disease). It works by increasing the release of certain chemicals (acetylcholine), which helps improve food movement inside the intestine. Thus, gastric emptying of both liquid and solid from the intestine is increased.
