Medicinal Benefits
Meaxon Plus Tablet 10's is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It contains Benfotiamine, Folic acid, Pyridoxine, and Mecobalamin. Benfotiamine, a synthetic form of Vitamin B1 or Thiamine, helps deliver essential nutrients to the nerves. It improves mental health symptoms in people addicted to alcoholism and pain caused by diabetic neuropathy. Folic acid helps in the formation of red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. It prevents and treats low blood levels of folate (folate deficiency) and high blood levels of an amino acid called homocysteine (hyperhomocysteinemia). Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) treats and prevents vitamin B6 deficiency, anaemia, peripheral neuropathy, and seizures (fits). It is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Mecobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood cell formation, and protein synthesis.
