Lonohold Tablet 4's

Lonohold Tablet 4's is a combination drug containing 'impotent agents', primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and premature ejaculation in men. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Premature ejaculation is a very common sexual complaint. It is a problem in which a man ejaculates sooner than his partner during sexual intercourse.

Lonohold Tablet 4's contains Tadalafil and Dapoxetine used to treat premature ejaculation in men. Tadalafil works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme, which leads to the breakdown of cGMP and causes relaxation of smooth muscles and vasodilation (widening) of blood vessels in the penis. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction and symptoms of an enlarged prostate. Dapoxetine works by increasing the serotonin level in nerves, which improves control over ejaculation and hence increases the time taken to ejaculate.

Take Lonohold Tablet 4's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Lonohold Tablet 4's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience nausea, dizziness, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, indigestion, nosebleeds, headache, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk). Most of these side-effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side-effects persistently.

Do not take Lonohold Tablet 4's if you take nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension), or alpha-blockers, if you have heart problems or stroke, low, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Lonohold Tablet 4's is not intended for use in women. Lonohold Tablet 4's may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Lonohold Tablet 4's should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and the medicines you are taking to avoid unpleasant side-effects. Do not take Lonohold Tablet 4's if you have taken MAO inhibitor (a medication for depression) in the last 14 days.

Do not take Lonohold Tablet 4's if you are allergic to any of its contents; if you are taking nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension), or alpha-blockers; if you have heart problems or stroke, low blood pressure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure, if you ever had a loss of vision. Inform your doctor before taking Lonohold Tablet 4's if you have sickle cell anemia (abnormal red blood cells), multiple myeloma (cancer of bone marrow), leukemia (blood cell cancer), deformation in penis, severe kidney or liver problems. Consult your doctor immediately if you experience loss of vision or hearing while taking Lonohold Tablet 4's. Lonohold Tablet 4's is not intended for use in women. Lonohold Tablet 4's may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Lonohold Tablet 4's should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established.  Do not take Lonohold Tablet 4's if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (anti-depressant medication like Isocarboxazid, Phenelzine, Selegiline, and Tranylcypromine) in the last 14 days.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Lonohold Tablet 4's may have interaction with anti-hypertensive (amlodipine, lisinopril, losartan, metoprolol, riociguat), alpha-blockers (tamsulosin), anti-anginal (nitroglycerin), anti-fungal (ketoconazole, itraconazole), antibiotics (erythromycin, clarithromycin), anti-TB (rifampicin), anticonvulsants (phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine), anti-HIV (ritonavir, saquinavir, nelfinavir), pain-killers (tramadol), anti-depressants (lithium, nefazodone), MAO inhibitor (Isocarboxazid, Phenelzine, Selegiline, and Tranylcypromine).

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may temporarily impair your ability to get an erection. Also, do not take St John's wort plant (a natural remedy to treat depression).

Drug-Disease Interactions: Lonohold Tablet 4's may have interactions with cardiovascular/heart disease, renal dysfunction (kidney impairment), pulmonary disease, alcoholism, liver disease, seizure disorder, hearing loss, retinitis pigmentosa (loss of vision), and priapism (prolonged erection of the penis).

• Maintaining a healthy weight, eating a balanced diet, and regularly exercising may help you manage erectile dysfunction. 
• Avoid alcohol consumption to treat your condition effectively, as consuming an excessive amount of alcohol may temporarily impair your ability to get an erection.
• Avoid usage of tobacco.
• Share intimate time with your partner.
• Stay sexually active to prevent further problems with erectile dysfunction.

• Take Lonohold Tablet 4's 30minutes to 4 hours before sexual intercourse. However, it is best to take it an hour before sexual activity.
• Do not take Lonohold Tablet 4's more than once in a day. Take Lonohold Tablet 4's as prescribed by the doctor.
• Talk to your doctor if the erection persists for greater than four hours.

Erectile dysfunction: It is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual intercourse. It could sign physical or psychological conditions such as fear of sexual failure, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or stress. Certain health-related factors such as smoking, drinking, overweight, being physically inactive, and high blood pressure also contribute to erectile dysfunction. Symptoms of erectile dysfunction include difficulty in getting an erection, difficulty in maintaining the erection during intercourse, and decreased sexual desire.

Premature ejaculation: It is a problem in which a man ejaculates sooner than his partner during sexual intercourse. It is a very common sexual complaint and generally occurs one in every three men.
