About Happi-IT Capsule 10's
Happi-IT Capsule 10's is a combination medicine of proton pump inhibitor and prokinetic agent used to lower the increased level of stomach acid. While Itopride works on the part of the brain that is responsible for controlling vomiting. It increases gastric emp undying improves gastric sensitivity and tension by increasing the stomach's movement and intestines in the upper digestive tract. It also has anti-emetic action. Disease/Condition Glossary
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): The stomach is usually protected from acid by a mucous layer. In some cases, the mucous layer gets eroded due to excess acid production, which leads to complications like GERD, acidity, and peptic ulcers. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the food pipe (oesophagus). This backflow (acid reflux) irritates the food pipe and causes heartburn. Symptoms include heartburn, a sour or bitter taste, and difficulty swallowing. Peptic ulcers are sores that develop on the stomach and intestine lining due to erosion of the stomach's protective lining. Symptoms include nausea, changes in appetite, bloody or dark stools, unexplained weight loss, vomiting, and indigestion.
