Fourderm + Cream 15 gm contains four medicines namely Clobetasol, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and terbinafine. Clobetasol belongs to the class of corticosteroids that works by acting inside skin cells and inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by stopping them from replicating and restoring themselves. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic that kills other infectious bacteria in addition to bacteria by harming the DNA. Terbinafine is an antifungal that prevents the growth of fungi by stopping them from developing their protective covering.

You are advised to use Fourderm + Cream 15 gm for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical conditions. You may experience burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the site of application, skin peeling, and thinning of the skin. Most of these side effects of Fourderm + Cream 15 gm do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
