Fol-XT Tablet

Fol-XT Tablet in the dose and duration as per the packing leaflet or as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet as a whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet. Please do not take more than the daily recommended dosage.

• Calcium L-5 Methyltetrahydrofolate (folic acid) helps prevent birth defects known as neural tube defects, including spina bifida (a congenital defect of the spine). It is difficult to get the amount of folate recommended for a healthy pregnancy from food alone, which is why it is important to take a folic acid supplement.
• Mecobalamin, also known as Vitamin B12, aids in the health of the body's nerve and blood cells, as well as the production of DNA, the genetic material found in cells.
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, also known as Vitamin B6, is essential for the baby's developing brain and nervous system during pregnancy. It also helps the baby's protein and glucose metabolism.
