Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet belongs to a class of drugs called antibiotics used to treat several bacterial infections of the urinary tract, ears, nose, throat, chest, and lungs. A bacterial infection is a condition in which harmful bacteria grow in the body and cause infection. It can infect any part of the body and multiply very quickly. Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet does not work against infections caused by the virus.

Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics, namely: Cefixime and Dicloxacillin.  Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet works by interfering with the formation of the bacterial cell wall (a protective covering) that is necessary for their survival. Thereby damages the bacterial cell wall and kills bacteria.

Take Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. You may experience vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, indigestion, or vaginal itching in some cases. Most of these side effects of Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet, penicillins, or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor before taking Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet. Dicloxacillin may reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills. Therefore, discuss with your doctor about other contraceptive methods such as using non-hormonal birth control measures such as condoms, spermicide, or diaphragm to avoid pregnancy while taking Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet. Drive only if you are alert as Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet may reduce alertness or cause confusion. You are recommended to complete the full course of Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet as prescribed by your doctor for effective results.

Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of two broad-spectrum antibiotics: Cefixime and Dicloxacillin that act against both aerobic (grow in the presence of oxygen) and anaerobic (grow in the absence of oxygen) gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet is used in the treatment of several bacterial infections. • If you are about to undergo any blood or urine tests, inform your doctor that you are taking Finus-DC 200mg/250mg Tablet as it may interfere with these tests.
• Inform your doctor if you are allergic to penicillin.
