Fifty 50 mg Syrup 60 ml consists of a combination of two medicines: cetirizine and ambroxol which is primarily used in the treatment of cough. Drug-Drug Interaction: This medicine may have an interaction with other anti-allergic drugs (aprepitant, diphenhydramine), Sedatives (alprazolam, lorazepam, diazepam), blood thinner (warfarin) etc.

Drug-Food Interaction: Fifty 50 mg Syrup 60 ml may interact with other herbal/ayurvedic supplements. There is limited evidence regarding the same. So, if you are using any of the OTC items please tell your doctor.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Let your doctor know if you have kidney disease, epilepsy, and alcoholism before taking Fifty 50 mg Syrup 60 ml.
