Ezicas AZ Nasal Spray 7 ml belongs to the class of medications called 'anti-allergic' primarily used to treat allergic symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, congestion, stuffy nose or watery eyes. Drug-Drug Interactions: Ezicas AZ Nasal Spray 7 ml may interact with antidepressants (duloxetine, escitalopram), anticonvulsants (pregabalin), HIV/AIDS drug (ritonavir), antifungals (ketoconazole, fluconazole, itraconazole) and anti-allergy drugs (cetirizine).

Drug-Food Interactions: Ezicas AZ Nasal Spray 7 ml may interact with grapefruit juice. Therefore, avoid intake of grapefruit juice with Ezicas AZ Nasal Spray 7 ml as it may lead to adrenal insufficiency and Cushing’s syndrome. Also, avoid consumption of alcohol with Ezicas AZ Nasal Spray 7 ml as it may cause increased drowsiness, dizziness, and impairment of judgement and thinking.
