Elina Tablet 15's belongs to a class of drugs called antihistamine or anti-allergic. You may experience sleepiness, dizziness, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, throat and difficulty breathing, generalized skin rash (nettle rash), itching, and fainting. Drug Interactions
Drug-Drug Interactions: Elina Tablet 15's may interact with an immunosuppressant medication (ciclosporin), blood pressure-lowering medicines (nifedipine), a medicine used to treat heart disease (adenosine), antifungal (ketoconazole, fluconazole, itraconazole), antibiotics (erythromycin, azithromycin, clarithromycin), medicines for stomach ulcers (cimetidine).
Drug-Food Interactions: Elina Tablet 15's may interact with grapefruit juice. Therefore, avoid grapefruit juice intake with Elina Tablet 15's. Also, avoid alcohol consumption with Elina Tablet 15's as it may cause increased drowsiness, dizziness, impairment of judgment, and thinking.
Drug-Disease Interactions: Before taking Elina Tablet 15's, let your doctor know if have hepatic dysfunction, clinically significant bradycardia, and QT prolongation, or with electrolyte imbalance, in particular, hypokalaemia.
