Dynapar QPS Plus Solution 15 ml is not recommended for children below 14 years. Inform your doctor before using Dynapar QPS Plus Solution 15 ml if you are taking any NSAID/pain killers orally. Diclofenac and Methyl salicylate work by blocking the effect of chemical messengers known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make other chemical prostaglandins. By blocking the effect of COX enzymes, lesser prostaglandins are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site. Alcohol and Menthol provide a cooling sensation by dilating the blood vessels, followed by an analgesic effect. It also enhances the penetration of drugs.
