Duoneb Respules 5 x 2.5 ml contains Ipratropium and Levosalbutamol. Duoneb Respules 5 x 2.5 ml works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Thereby, it allows to breathe easily and provides relief from the symptoms of COPD such as coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.

Your doctor will advise the dosage and duration of Duoneb Respules 5 x 2.5 ml based on your medical condition. Headache, sore throat, dry mouth, runny or stuffy nose, cough with mucous, sneezing, chest tightness, dizziness, nervousness, weariness, irregular heartbeats, and vomiting are the possible side effects. Most of the side effects of Duoneb Respules 5 x 2.5 ml do not require medical attention and fade away with time. Please visit your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

If you are allergic to Duoneb Respules 5 x 2.5 ml or any other medicines, pregnant or breastfeeding, or experience severe difficulty in breathing, please consult a doctor. Do not use Duoneb Respules 5 x 2.5 ml in more than the prescribed doses as it may lead to severe heart or lung problems. Regular monitoring of potassium levels is recommended while taking Duoneb Respules 5 x 2.5 ml for a prolonged time as it may cause low potassium levels in the blood. If you have high blood pressure, diabetes fits, enlarged prostate, glaucoma, thyroid or heart problems, bladder obstruction or other urinary problems, inform your doctor before taking Duoneb Respules 5 x 2.5 ml.

• Avoid contact of Duoneb Respules 5 x 2.5 ml with eyes, especially if you have glaucoma (damaged eye nerve due to increased eye pressure), as it may worsen the condition and cause eye irritation or blurred vision.
• Fungal infections might occur in your mouth and throat, so it is advisable to gargle with warm water after each inhalation of Duoneb Respules 5 x 2.5 ml.
