CYCLOPAM DF DROPS 15ML consists of Dimethicone+dil oil+fennel oil. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine that disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Dill Oil and Fennel Oil are herbal medicines that help increase the stomach and intestine's movement to push food through the digestive system and relieve muscle spasms in the gut. This medicine may also be effective in flatulence, constipation, and dyspepsia.

CYCLOPAM DF DROPS 15ML belongs to the class of 'digestants', primarily used for treating infant colic pain and griping pain. Colic pain/abdominal pain occurs between the chest and pelvic regions. Pain can be crampy, achy, dull, intermittent, or sharp. Your child can experience generalized symptoms like belching, nausea, and vomiting.

CYCLOPAM DF DROPS 15ML should be used as suggested by your doctor. Shake the bottle before use. The drops can be mixed with 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of water or another liquid to make administration easier. In some cases, your child may experience certain common side effects, such as constipation, diarrhoea, and intestinal pain. Most of these side effects resolve on their own. If these side effects persist, stop using this medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
