This supplement should be used during pregnancy only when advised by your doctor. Pyridoxine is excreted into breast milk. Hence, breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Complinine-D Tablet 10's. Drinking alcohol may hinder nutrient absorption; therefore, it is advised to limit the alcohol intake while using Complinine-D Tablet 10's. Keep Complinine-D Tablet 10's away from direct sunlight. Do not store Complinine-D Tablet 10's above 25ºC.

Complinine-D Tablet 10's contains L Methylfolate Calcium, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, Methylcobalamin, Vitamin D3, and DHA/Docosahexaenoic acid. Complinine-D Tablet 10's is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. L Methylfolate calcium helps form new blood cells and prevent low folate levels. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is involved in metabolic functions and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Methylcobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. Vitamin D3 helps maintain blood calcium and phosphorus levels and mineralization of bone. It is used to treat and prevent bone disorders, such as rickets and osteomalacia. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) acts as an energy source and reduces the risk of heart diseases by lowering triglycerides and raising good cholesterol levels.

Complinine-D Tablet 10's belongs to the class of 'multivitamins', primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body is unable to absorb or get enough nutrients from food. It could lead to various health problems, including defective bone growth, skin disorders, digestive issues, and dementia (memory loss). 

Complinine-D Tablet 10's is a combination of L Methylfolate Calcium, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (Vitamin B6/Pyridoxine), Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), and DHA/Docosahexaenoic acid. L Methylfolate calcium helps produce new blood cells and prevent low folate levels. Your doctor will decide the dosage based on your medical condition. Sometimes, Complinine-D Tablet 10's may have common side effects like upset stomach, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time.

If you are allergic to Complinine-D Tablet 10's or its inactive components, please inform your doctor. If you are a pregnant or breastfeeding mother, please consult your doctor before taking Complinine-D Tablet 10's. It is advised to avoid or limit alcohol consumption since it may affect calcium absorption. Complinine-D Tablet 10's does not usually interfere with your driving ability. Complinine-D Tablet 10's should not be given to children unless advised by a doctor.
