Drug-Drug Interaction: Combinase AQ Nasal Spray 70 mdi may interact with antidepressants (duloxetine, escitalopram), anticonvulsants (pregabalin), HIV/AIDS drug (ritonavir), antifungals (ketoconazole, fluconazole, itraconazole) and anti-allergy drugs (cetirizine).

Drug-Food Interaction: Combinase AQ Nasal Spray 70 mdi may interact with grapefruit juice. Therefore, avoid intake of grapefruit juice with Combinase AQ Nasal Spray 70 mdi as it may lead to adrenal insufficiency and Cushing’s syndrome.
