You may experience bitter taste or slight irritation of inside of the nose (itching, stinging). Directions for Use

Wash your hands thoroughly with water before and after use. Blow your nose and remove the protective cap. Before the first use, press the pump few times until an even spray begins. Spray once into each nostril staying upright. Do not bend the head backwards. Wipe the pump nozzle and place the protective cap.
